Private Event Buyout
Thank you for considering Bannister Wine’s Geyserville Vault for your upcoming event! Your buy-out for our beautiful Tasting Room and Patio means it’s closed to the public and open exclusively for you and your guests.
Requirements
Our buy-out requirement consists of a rental fee coupled with a minimum wine purchase. The wine is selected before your event, purchased at retail price (wine club members can apply their discount), and does not have to be entirely consumed during the event.
If there is anything left over, it’s yours to take home with you. Additional wine can be purchased on site if your wine needs exceed your minimum purchase.
Fees
Monday – Thursday: $800
Friday or Sunday: $1200
Saturday: $1400

• Total buy-out time: Approximately 4.5 hours
This includes 60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown.
• Deposit: TBD amount required to hold the space
This will be applied to the rental fee. Event can be canceled with no penalty up to 30 days before the event date.

• Restroom: One unisex, ADA-accessible bathroom
• Catering:
We have amazing restaurants and caterers on either side of us who can provide food for your event.
We’re happy to connect you with them. If you’d like to bring in another caterer, we can likely accommodate that too.
• Support space:
Extra parking in back for staging catering, rentals, flowers, etc.
• Entertainment:
Feel free to pick out and play records from our large vinyl collection and have a dance party.
Fine Print
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event render the deposit non-refundable.
• Any damage to Bannister Wines property during the event will be the responsibility of the Renter to pay for or replace.

Spin your favorite Vinyl
We’ve partnered with our buddy Daniel Delphin to bring his hi-fi vinyl project, Ledra Records, to our tasting room at Bannister Wines. Ledra Records features Daniel’s collection of vintage receivers and speakers for in-room listening, sleek turntables, and speakers from the Swedish hi-fi company, Transparent. Guests can explore a carefully curated library of vinyl while they relax and enjoy a glass of wine, or step into the bank vault, now transformed into a private listening room with a second turntable and audiophile headphones for an intimate experience. Ledra Records also offers a selection of new records for sale, allowing you to take a piece of this unique experience home. Join us for a tasting, put on your favorite record, and discover the perfect harmony of music and wine. You can even rent our space for your next event and turn it into a vinyl-fueled dance party.
