What we are pouring……
2018 Lancel Creek Pinot
Field blend of Dijon Clones farmed on the Occidental Ridge.
This wine was aged for six years before it was released.
Aromas of light cherry, culinary spice, pomegranate, plum and toasted oak. Long, smooth tannins and balanced acid combine with flavors of baked boysenberry, black currant, cola and black cherry. Fantastic structure from cool growing site and winemaking approach focused on making Pinot noirs that take their time evolving. Long, smooth tannins and palate flowing with brambly fruit, red fruit and herbaceous, savory structure.

“Bitches Brew was Miles’ era-defining double album and surprise popular hit, filled with swirling, extended jams and kaleidoscopic mix of acoustic and electric instruments, snaky groove rhythms and loud rock power. For many jazz fans, it had a scary, confrontational vibe. It was divisive and still is; some go for it, others back away.
