Among the handful of Christmas miracles that have happened in recent history is our small production Sagrantino. We gathered under the mistletoe in the tasting room on Saturday the 10th to release this beauty. Diavola restaurant served arancini and wild mushroom crostini and good cheer was made. The Sagrantino is organically farmed in Knight’s Valley – just 49 cases produced in 2021 – and it’s been a real beauty to put under the tree the last couple of December.
